Evenly hued, medium-dark rose red color. Wafts of brown spice-tinged red cherry scents combine with a more substantial note of berry compote. Luscious and weighty on the palate, flavors of black cherry and strawberry jam are pleasing and mouth-filling. Fresh acidity gives the flavors zing, and subtle polished tannins provide good structure without being obtrusive. The finish echoes with plump fruitiness.
